A Practical Approach to Real Estate
Anthony Velardi is a licensed real estate broker, property manager, and founder of AV Realty & Management. His experience includes hands-on multifamily property management, residential operations, leasing, client service, and working with real estate investors.
Through that work, Anthony saw how often real estate clients are forced to navigate fragmented advice — one person for a transaction, another for leasing, another for management, and another perspective entirely when evaluating an investment. AV Realty & Management was created to offer a more connected approach.
The firm's philosophy is straightforward: understand the property, understand the client's goal, communicate clearly, and follow through. Whether the assignment involves a rental property, a home purchase, a sale, tenant placement, or ongoing management, the objective is to make decisions with both the immediate need and the long-term outcome in mind.
Anthony's perspective is also shaped by an appreciation for the role housing plays in people's lives. That experience reinforces a commitment to treating owners, residents, buyers, sellers, and investors with professionalism and respect while keeping the financial realities of real estate front and center.
